

I designed and developed a web platform for Blessings Serene Horizons, a community-based funeral support organisation. The goal of phase one was to digitise their core operations by enabling secure member registration, contribution tracking, and centralised record management, while also providing a public-facing landing page to explain their mission and services.
The platform includes a custom admin dashboard where administrators can register members, record and update contributions, and maintain accurate member records. This replaced manual record-keeping processes and improved efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of organisational data.
The project is being developed in phases. Future phases will introduce online payment integration, automated messaging to members, and secure personal accounts where members can log in and manage their own records.
Challenge
The organisation relied on manual methods to track member data and contributions, which made it difficult to maintain accurate records and scale operations.
Approach
I built a custom web platform consisting of:
A public landing page explaining their services
A secure admin panel for managing members and payments
A structured database for reliable record-keeping
The system was designed with scalability in mind to support future features like payments and member self-service portals.
Result
Phase one delivered a reliable digital system that centralises member and contribution records, significantly improving administrative efficiency.
